Guys,
I'm sorry I gave inaccurate info on the cartoon.I was told on one end that the
TV show was a go but DXC enlightened me (with a hammer) that this was
not the case.I think there is a Futurama project as in DVD's but I appearently
had bad info. But I do live to give good Futurama news to people. So I must've
died or something.
All eyes on the skies,
Billy

Once again, it's dissapointing, but we'll live.
Hope this doesn't cause any further issues and people will get this info fast. It's obvious that alot of people have read your posts today. There's been 35,000+ views of the thread you initially posted in, and an average of 500 guests at a time.

Things like that happen. It would be neat if everyone always got
accurate information, but that's hardly possible. Maybe, someday, when
we're all hardwired directly to each other's brains, information will
be more reliable. For now, though, we just have to muddle along as best
we can.

Not to worry.
The fans of Futurama shall strive to be continuous with their deposting
of DVD's into their players to remind us that there is another world
out there. A world filled with Fry's, Leela's and
Zoidberg's.

No worries Billy! You know though, those execs should see the
outpouring that happened here and think hard about the potential
marketability of having actual episodes again. I mean, 35k+
people to the website of one of the voice actors just from a small
section of the online community (those who happen to read Slashdot and
Digg etc) would suggest to me (if I were an exec) that the
concept of having another Futurama season would be like printing your
own money. Except without the whole "spending time in a
small cell with a guy named Bubba" part. ;)

S'alright Billy, its amazing how fast people flock to your site once
you announce something like that. I think I can speak for almost
everyone here when I say that we really appreciate all the things you
do for us fans, and keeping us up to date on Futurama news.
Thanks a bunch Billy, theres a reason why we love ya.

I definitely missed something while I was gone but that's what I get.
It's okay Billy this kind of stuff happens, your just excited as we are or more even!? What I do is... Don't believe everything your told, hear, or read. I usually ask questions if it's true or not like a detective would do with a suspect. DID YOU KILL HER?! ANSWER ME DAMN IT?! Lol yeah something like that but I know in my heart Futurama will come back, you'll see. I mean so did Family Guy right? All I have to say is nothing happens just like that overnight, it takes time and exhausting waiting.

Give it time, don't you worry. Couple of years...
words and ideas will still get twisted (so is human nature) but give it time...
but yeah, sad info, but hey, things happen. We're still here and so are they, whoever "they" are, but what's important is that people out there care (obviously).
We still belive in ya big B

Ah Well, I'm just happy because Futurama is coming back. I think 4 DVDs is a bit much. I think for it to get back as a series, 1 or 2 would do. Now praying atleast one film is Zoidberg: The Movie.
The way I think of it is, If it comes out as movies. They'll end up being shown on TV anyway

Zoidberg The Movie! How cool would that be but the only bad thing is Zoidberg's not that funny in large doses but anyway, I don't mind wether It would be some movies or a season or so because the show is coming back so that is all that matters.

Hey Billy, don't sweat it. At least you jumped online and actually told us the truth, most people would be happy to let the rumours run riot

...and i almost helped spread the rumor
you know, a rumor isn't a rumor if it won't go away... if we keep spreading it EVERYWHERE, and people (fans) think it's true
then when fox dissappoints there will be a great outcry, a disturbance in the force, and then, fox will have to give in and go ahead and make the 26+ episodes

Well, It didnt really rock my socks too much. It was too good to be true. I
have had the worst day of the whole year but it doesnt matter. Remember
we can always "exchange" a little talk with fox and "persuade" a few
episodes.

Ah well. 'Twasn't your fault. Hopefully the DVD sales will be so amazing that they make a new season after the four discs. I mean, the amount of interesting that people still have in Futurama is fantastic.
